Recommended Servers for serious gaming ?

I've been playing BF2 for a while now, and while I enjoy just logging on and playing, I'm starting to hanker after the whole game experience, with organised squads who work together and actually listen to the commander etc. Can anyone recommend a server where this type of thing actually happens

Awesome servers for teamwork, maturity, and long epic battles. If you like squads working together and communicating using VOIP please join us. There is a script that kicks people that haven't joined a squad within 60 seconds of spawning, so everyone will be in squads.

Thanks lads. I tried tactical gamer's server today (got my highest ever score), but unfortunately, my ping never went below 250, which I presume means it's a uS server, as normally I'm under 30. As a result, I was getting a bit frustrated with my inability to hit any moving targets. I might have to keep searching for a UK server. Good set-up though, and a nice experience.
