Amd 64 3200 or P4 3.2 ?

    Amd 64 3200 or P4 3.2 ?

    I got some parts in " Computer Shop " I have a p4 3.2 in the system and my FPS are dropping below 30. Since patch . I have another board & amd 64 3200 that i,ll try tonight.

    What chip do you think would be best for BF2

              It's got nothing to do w/ your processor. It's like asking, "My mouse is really slow-I'll replace my mouse pad." It may help, but it's not the problem. PS- I dont have any issues w/ the game after the BF:SF patch. Although I agree the amd would be the better choice for gaming.

                      I no its not going to give me a extra billion FPS, That the game is fooked..
                      It's more of which one i should hang on to.

                                  Richi : them bechmarks are for a 3200 XP so the one i have should be faster again 3200 64

                                      woops, i'm so sorry,i didn't even realise that myself lol, i thought that xp 3200+ is the same as 64 LOL, i have a 64 rofl... :laugh:

                                          Just to set the record straight- I believe that the AMD chips are better for games.

                                          But if you are going to compare apples to oranges, at least compare apples to apples.
