You are absolutely right. ****ty coding, especially the SF expansion, which has FORCED reg BF2 users to use the same ****ty coding... I have an amd xp 3000xp, 2gb ram an x800xl and an audigy 2 soundcard. By no means is this a ****ty system, yet I CONSTANTLY see my fps in the low 20s high teens now AFTER the patch. My system didnt change, the patch made it worse for me at least. I normally play on 64 man servers, but I had no problem before, even lowering my settings to low made little impact.

Fix this BS please soon, it could be an ati specific thing, but I am NOT alone!
