problems starting windows

I was useing my computer today and it was running slow and glitchy so i restarted, then windows woudnt start I did all the optoins and windows wont start because i get a blue screen that says
unmountable_boot_volume
I have been running stable for a long time about a month, I dont think this could be a virus because i didnt use the internet besides for bf2 since the last restart
I would really like some help because its a friday and I wanna play me some bf2!!!!

Boot up in safe mode, then run through your registry.

yeah im kinda ****ed because i have had nothing but problems since i got my mobo and its getting kinda old. also I was a biatch when I formated so dont wanna do it again
