Did anyone know that while you are in a jet (didnt try with other vehicles) you can hold down CTRL and look left or right? Your view sorta becomes free and you control it with mouse.

Yup.

It's a damned handy thing for when you're loading BHs.
Tricky to free-look AND continue to fly, tho.

Not so handy in a jet, you will be much better off following your feelings when you lose sight of that other jet.

I didnt know that, but those kind of things go unnoticed when you have about 3 hours flying time in game. Total 3 hours and mostly in a transport chopper.

i use it in dog fights and when in chopper loading and landing

Well the reason I found out is because I hit CTRL instead of X to drop flares. Lucky, huh?

now if only I could use my hat switch to do that... course, I've been hoping for it since my '42 days.... yawn
