Are those ribons disabled or not??

Just wundering,
In a previous thread here there was some guy not getting his army ribons,
another guy said the ribbons where disabled, you could only get the heli, tank and crewservice ribon.
But not the 5h duty army ribons .

Is this still the case ?
And why should EA have disabled them ?
has someone earned them already ?

you are correct grasshopper (no ribbon joy but the three).....maybe we will see these on a future update?

You can get the Specialist Ribbons (Excluding the Aerial), but not the Army Service Ribbons.
