Just me or does Quake 4 look exactly like Doom 3?

I just played the Quake 4 demo..WTH?? Its exactly like Doom 3. Even the levels are similar. The guns fire similar, people look similar??
Anyone else think so?

well it is using the Doom 3 engine so yeah, it's gonna have that look but I have it and it is WAY differant then Doom 3, as you will see if you get the full game. Huge outdoor areas, vehicles, all out war and mayhem. It gives a good tast of what Enemy Terrirtory might be like.
