but how do u get that "clear" view and you can anywere u want camera thing u filmakers use to make movies how do you get that thing?
i mean NO TEXT MINIMAP ANYTHING JUS A CLEAR SCREEN AND YOU CAN FLY ARouND EVERY WERE

you also need to make sure the server has free cam enabled.

how do i make sure fo that? and how do you doo it if you own a server?

As far as i know theres no way to check before you join a server. But if tehe server has it enabled just spawn, then suicde and deselect and spawn points on the map. Then press c or space bar or something then you should be able to move it around using default move controls.

If you own a server it will be under server config options "sv.allowFreeCam 1"
