Can we create local server and play with one player only?

Is there any console command or something else that allows us to do that? i just want to find some good spots to cap the flags(got sniped alot last night when capping flags )

btw, we can also find out what are the toys around after capturing the neutral flags. I remember we can do that in Battlefield Vietnam but not in BF2 or SF...

create a local server, open the console and type
sv.numplayersneededtostart 1

and the game will begin for you to test your ideas :)

If you hit tab (edit: hit it twice) while the console is open you get a list of commands, if you type one of them and hit tab again, you get more commands, etc.. Great way to browse the commands.
