Help Needed Starting New Account

CAn anyone tell me how i can start a new account. I've tried deleting my current account but when i try to create a new one it says theirs already an account associated with my email address even though i just deleted it from the manage accounts menu, any help on this would be greatly appreciated

even if you delete the account from YOUR list, its still up there on the internet. it works sort of like america's army and how the honor system works. so u basically need another new e-mail to start a new account.

You cannot at any point so far change your name. So choose wisely.
