How to run a server. Guide Needed:)

Tommorow my clan is getting a server, and i'm an admin.
I would like a guide on as much of the technical stuff you know, stuff like; How to get messages to pop up while playing (E.g. Welcome to X's server ect. ect)
And a list of commands if you could.
Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks

By the sounds of things, you'll be wanting to use BF2CC. This is a server admining tool with a friendly, graphic user interface.

Go to the BF2CC site for instructions on how to install it.
