    Essex AA position

So the first couple of times I played Iron Gator, I thought the AA unit on the superstructure was static, then I saw it actually being used to engage the MEC choppers. Handy bit of info to have when you're constantly getting chopper raped from every direction.

The next time the map came up, we'd been playing for a while and several guys and I couldn't for the life of us figure out how to get into the thing and use it. We were jumping all over it, hitting the enter button, trying to find doors near it to go into -- you name it, we were trying it.

Is there some kind of trick? Do the US forces have to hold a certain flag or number of flags to be able to use it?

    Anyone know?

I thought it was just like in regular bf2 - just hit enter vehicle key on the missle pod or the turret area and its yours.

You sure there was not someone already in it when you were trying to get in?

I can see that they might not let you use it if the enemy controls the spawn point right above it (observation deck i think).

You have to hold a certain flag so it will remain yours -.-

Well if someone was in it, they weren't doing anything and we did hold the Observation Deck at the time.

Haven't played it enough to know this, but is there a Bridge flag or something like that you have to hold?
