Everyone is MEC But MEC

Isn't it odd that everyone but the "Allied" (Seals And SAS) Troops are carbon copys of the regular MEC from vanilla bf2. Everyone that is, Exept MEC SF. I find it kind of odd that the four Mec carbon copyies, the only one that is different the the Mec. It really feels like everone is MEC but The mec.


Note: When i say everyone i mean excludeing SAS and SEALS

Also The MEC SF has Chineese Ak47 for medic and assault, thats what make them different.

Yeah, the Spetsnaz should have better weapons. Like the VSS VIntorez, or the uber AN-94 Abakan assault rifle. The Spetsnaz should also get the RPG-29, which is a very good anti-tank weapon (although unguided). Ah, and insurgents should replace the special forces class with the suicide bomber class, a tk is only -1 if you use your explosives, killing urself is -0 poiints (only counts for ticket count), he is armed with a knife, pistol, and a trigger to set off the bomb. Also, insurgents get roadside bombs (think claymore, but anti armor and anti infantary) instead of AT mines ofr the engy.

Yeah, the RPG-7 is, it is good at close range since it has a crosshair when you're not zoomed, also, it doesn't set off the warning thingy on tanks and APC when a rocket is aimed at em.

Well the AK series, SVD, and pretty much every weapon the Middle-east uses is Russian made, these are really the only weapons the Middle east can get. The russians are, well, Russian, so it makes sense they have Russian weapons. The Chechnians, technically are Russian, and use Russian weapons, so that fits aswell. The only thing I find strange is that the MEC Special Forces gets the out-dated AK47 instead of the AK101. I mean would it not make more sense for the insurgents of have the older weapons, and the friggin special forces to hove something a little newer?

Rebels and insurgents are the best in the game period i mean RPG's beat that you crappy gay talking SAS people and Crazy seals who shoot there own guys i think the only Disadvantage is the lack of teamwork

The suicider bomber class is a great idea and would be very nice...but i doubt any game will use such character.

I read somewhere around here that you can attach C4 to soldiers too, is that true ?

Attaching C4 to people was in the game during early development, but was disabled simply because they didn't want to have lots of suicide bombers running around the game.

which is a damn shame because getting the damn expert explosives seems about impossible!
