Jihad jeep....first time

did one last night.....put all 5 C4 bags on the backseat.....jumped in and drove up to the airfield (on wake Island)....then i jumped out near the helipad where there were 5 guys waiting...

I was going to blow it straight away but instead i jumped out and let 3 enemies get in.....the joy of hitting the switch while they decided to try and run me down!!

unfortunately the jeep was too close to me and i died too.....but perhaps a 3 to 1 death ratio is not too bad

They deserved it... Nothing I hate more than 10-20% of your team uselessly hanging around waithing for aircraft to spawn...

Personally I always look for suspicious packages on apparantly abandoned vehicles before taking them, you can;t be to careful these days...

everytime i do that they noob tube me the moment i hop out

so i get on the gunner seat at a distance and knock them over one by one

I just run them over.

on average get about 5 kills per run. sometimes went up as high as 10-15

DPV is by far the best vehicle for running people over with [Humvees are faster, but provide no armor]. You do this on a map like Wake and you can have a ton of fun.

If you really want to make people mad, find an enemy base, throw AT mines under the vehicles [or on top] and then proceed to cap it. Its great seeing an enemy go for a vehicle only to go boom a second later. Only problem is you can get TKs easily this way [THE RED SKULL IS NOT A POWER-UP!].

Can anyone confirm that if you leave an AT mine on a heli pad BEFORE the heli spawns, that it will destroy the heli as soon as it spawns, full and starts to move?

I love dropping a mine on a tank or apc near a flag im going to cap, they will ALWAYS, try to sneak passed and get the vehicle.. i let them as i bring the flag down, they get in the vehicle, die, i cap the flag :p

I am pretty sure it won't, but that's speaking from my limited testing. The mine trigger has something to do with the rolling motion (passing over it horizontally with direct contact to the ground).

For example, you can throw mines halfway down the deck of the carrier and F-35s taking off will explode, no problem.

However, I've preloaded mines on the Sharqi MEC helipad and the Mi-28 took off without incident.

AT mines will kill the heli as soon as it spawns and someone gets into it.
Seen a few noobs mine the BH pad and kill like 6 people when they rush for it.

I have recently begun to use the jihad jeep....it is wicked fun.....Especially when you take out a whole posse of armor ona 64 player map :)

Place all your C4 on/in a enemy APC/Heavy Jeep, (these are normally used by squads, could also use the Transport Heli). Wait untill a squad is in the vehicle, then... BANG!

Try not to kill yourself laughing as you get up to 6 people killed, (maybe more if vehicle is next to more enemies). :laugh:
