I recently watched Small Soldiers and think it would be an enormusly fun mod. For one it is highly doable and the modders would get to get very creative my ideas are as follows:
-Teams would be Commandos and Gorganites
-Weapons would be nail guns stapleguns anything household that could be weaponized
-The vehichles would be made from anything lying around ex: a staple shooting tank made from and old lawnmower and a tricylce also that aircraft coud be rc planes or helicopters
-The maps would be houses and stores, so of course being that all the characters would be killer action figures, the envirvnments would have to be to sacle
-The last thing is we would absolutley need grapples and ropes
