Don't JJ vehicle (unless it's an APC and you see +3 or more after the operators name) Instead load up and head for heavy fighting. I got nine kills in one shot on Karkand at the bridge during one of the garanteed last stands that was taking place.

I got mine by starting with a full BH and a noob pilot trying to cap a flag and landing in between two buildings, easy target and four C4 kills in one shot.

Just play Spec Ops all the time, learn how to throw as Wargimp described, and practice sneaking up on enemy vehicles. It will eventually become as easy as thowing grenades, once you learn how you can real rack up kills fast.

Aside from being on Karkand, this sounds like the tactics employed by the local hookers.

i did it on 32 oman just running around the three beachead flags with C4. everything that moved became a target :)
