mouse wont work aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

hi all

desparate for ideas.

Upto two days ago i was playing BF2 just fine online. Then suddenly it started crashing to desktop. Now i can start the game, go on server and choose a map, it loads and gets to the spawn selection screen. You can see the action going on behind the screen but the mouse wont work so you cant click on a spawn point so you cant play.
The mouse works fine for everything else.
Have reinstalled the game, turned XP back to when everything was ok, defragged. cleaned regestry. No luck.

Like i said mouse works fine until the first choose spawn at start of game.

Any ideas. Remember everything was fine. Thanks for any ideas.

I have a AMD 1.7ghz
700+ ram
ATI 9600 250mb ram

Do you mean the actual mouse pointer doesn't move or your mouse just isn't responding ?
I've had a moment when I try to click on a spawn point and it just won't select it, so I end up ending and re-loading...

This happed to me last night, for the first time playing SF. I was driven with a team mate we jumped out and i couldnt move or fire ? All my keys worked ALT & F4 shutdown SF, mouse still not working in windows reboot fixed it. This has happend me twice on different maps. This happened on the same server 64 player

In the controls section choose 'reset to default'.

No the mouse wouldnt work from the start. Fine every where else but once on to the first spawn choice at the start mouse wouldn't move.

I didnt change anything and i dont think sus100 changed anything. I think it's another BUG ... YEAHHHHHH BUG 16 in SF of 5000000000
