I love the fact that you can stand on a 5 story building and shoot the zip line straight down at the ground - ride it to the ground and take no damage from the fall that is about the same speed as just jumping off the roof - LMAO.

Hey - at least they did not put damage into the zip, like going to fast, or when your feet scrape the ground as you are at the other end, or if you ass bumps the railing as you take off on the zip, etc. heh

whats good in makeing your way down witha zip line? Why dont you just jump down and open the "parashoot" in the last sec?

Also, and I don't mean to steal the thread, but in my Weapons list on the stats, one of my weapons is named 'UNKNOWN', but I have no KILLS or DEATHS with it.

ya, in blazin.uk stats it says he has used UNKNOWN for 15 seconds and been killed once by it. Maybe it is for flash bangs and teargas.

The zipline and grappling hook can only catch on a static object (a building, terrain) You can't get a kill with it no matter what.

I shot one through someones head and he didnt die.so from what I can see you CAN'T kill anyone with it.(zip line)

Because it does more then just bring you straight down, it can bring you quite far horizontally as well. That can be very usefull at times.

I shot at a hovering helicopter as it tried to cap a flag.... All I got for my efforts was 1) noticed, 2) killed :)

the zipline did nothng Didnt even attach

i wonder if grappling hook would work??! or better yet, zip line out of the helicopter

Yes, but they did put damage in for when you follow a teamate down and they pull it out from under you without looking.

Yeah i was on the roof of tv station(warlord)i was insurgent and an english sniper was right in front of me but i just saw his back so i trie the zip line...went throught him so the answer is NO

Maybe if it were by I would agree that is stupid.

Meaning if in stats it said you were "killed by a zip line"
