    dvi vs vga

    i wondering how much better is dvi than vga. cuz my lcd monitor is vga, and i am wondering if upgrading to DVI will make a huge difference?

      I Don;t know if I would say "Huge" difference. But yes it will make a difference, Colors would be sharper and more vivid.... It would be hard for me to justify spending the money just to get a DVI input. However if you can also get a better response time or larger LCD I would upgrade and only buy a DVI LCD....

          It is minimal. I just upgraded from VGA to DVI. Its more for things that you have to run over a longer distance. DVI holds the digital signal much better. In the short 6 feet you will use, there is barely any difference.
