Help please: which graphics settings to choose?

When playing BF2 in the past I played at 1024 x 768 with all the video settings on high but anti-aliasing off. That is the best my rig can do without frame rate dropping below playablity. Now that I'm playing BF2: SF my PC can't handle all settings on high. On the other hand I don't want everything on medium. Which settings do you recommend I try putting on high, and which on medium?

Intel P3.0
1 GB RAM

Put Lighting and Terrain on low. (Terrain just changes how your grass looks, Lightin just changes the shadows)
Turn Off all Dynamic stuff (Big help for FPS)
After doing that you might even be able to put on 2x AA.

Ya alot of players seem to turn off shadows and other stuff becuase it helps them see the enemy. Personally, I think it is retarted to sacrifice the richness and beauty of the game to gain an extra 0.1 on your KD ratio. I bet people would reduce their game to Atari 2400 graphics levels if it would help them kill better.

Just experiement to get better FPS. set a few things low and a few things to medium.
