Will this monitor hold back my video card?

I am getting the 6600GT but my monitor isnot very good, its the multisync 1530v LCD. So if I play under this monitor will it hold back my graphic card?

You gotta due some parts hunting. Get a paper and look in garage sales or anything pertaining to getting stuff cheap. It's amazing what people basically throw out. You should be able to find a 17' recent monitor attached, if not an older flat panel.
