This reminds me of BFV (battlefeild veitnam) which was also made from Dice canada.Problem is,it was a flop.The game lagged,had lots and lots of bugs.More bugs than BF2 ever dreamed of having.So is it any wonder SF turned out the same way.Dice sweeden should have made the Expansion pack or at least reviewed it on several diffrent systems before releaseing it.

This is from Experiance and Playing BF1942/Dc amd Also Playing BFV and this SF pack is excatly like BFV,s issues.

I only got it a hour ago, Installed and patched fine. Slows down a lot more allso ?
I played single player to have a look at the maps, My Take : I dont like it. It doesnt feel like BF2 and the FPS hits a a pain. I think ill stick with bf2 online.Comment

Nope, I have bf 1942, but I have yet to play bfv. I suppose I have always had fps problems on bf2, so the problems on sf is harder for me to recognise..Originally posted by TokerComment

I loved BFV, I played from the day it came out until the day bf2 came out :) but I'm definately getting some serious FPS loss and weird bugs in this SF! Still love it though.Comment

Me too. I like the way DICE Canada designs maps. Both BF:V and BF2:SF have very well thought out maps that have a very natural feel to them imo.Originally posted by AddequateComment

same here, i didnt get bfv until it had already been out for about 2 months, but i loved it, way better than 1942 in my opinion, i dont no why everyone seems to dislike it. as for bugs i didnt have any i can think of, ive seen more bugs in bf2 then i did in bfv.
as for sf i didnt have any problem installing and such, only problems im having is the lag and the map loading times (but i dont think they can fix that)Comment

You know i dont know what all the fuss is about but i didnt have any problems with the patch and the loading of SF. It took some time becuase of the loading of the patch withe game. Though it seems that many that had problems are either the ones that DL'ed the game or loaded the patch before they installed SF and loaded the patch a second time.
I havent had all these so called problems that others have experienced. Thier is some glitches that i have noticed but i i am not saying that thier isnt.
As for 1942 and Vietnam i thought they were pretty good and i enjoyed alot of the mods BF1942 like DC. I only wish thier was more maps in BF2 and SF.
As for the person that started the thread, i dont think it is fair to give a good assessment at this time when it is really too new. I am going to be writing a review in about another week or so. Ill post it here and you can rip me.
