PB kicking..No packet flow?

Getting kicked by PB all of the sudden. Message says no packetflow. Anyone had an issue with this?

Me! . Download this 2 files into the right folder, please read the instructions first in this link..... http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=dl-bf2.php . The 2 files are:

*For Players Filename: pbsec.htm (on pb folder)

*PB Client v1.219 for Win32 Filename: wc001219.htm (on htm folder....inside pb folder you can find it!)

The only time I had this happen. Is when there were files in the pb folder that did not belong. I dl'ed the pbsetup.exe (allows you to manually update pb) and ran it inside the pb folder. Oops! It added files that did not belong. So then came the packet flow kick.
If you find out what the problem/solution is/was can you post it plz?
