A Microsoft Optical Wheel Mouse 1.1A and a Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard. I can't see the point in getting a joystick since it is so hard to get into a plane and I can fly the choppers fine without one.

I use the Logitech MX Laser mouse and a regular Microsoft keyboard.

It is an LCD keyboard, each key has an individual all user customize color image






I wonder if they make these in a wireless version.

That keyboard doesn't exist it was purly a render done by a graphics designer.

Ive looked around for a topic to put this in, but couldnt really find anything better than here. Im sure this has been asked sometime before.

Ive had the Zboard for about 2 months now, I seems a little better than a standard keyboard. My mouse is a standard logitech mouse. But I wanna know what others are using. I know some guys use Joysticks for flying planes and choppers, but what are you using for infantry play? Thanks for any info!!

What do you mean, standard mouse? You are using an optical mouse, aren't you?

thanks for your replies fellas. I started out using a regular keyboard and still couldnt get used to the up/down/left/right arrows. I got the Zboard and picked it up quickly. Maybe cause the buttons are spaced easier.

Side question:

Does anyone know how to check out the maximum simultanious commands that a keyboard can send? I've been thinking about digging into this since I've noticed that when I'm flying I occasionally get a keyboard beep error when I've got 4 or more keys down. Big pain when you need to drop flares, but are turning, banking, and pulling up at the same time.

While nosing around at the local shops, I couldn't find a discriptor of how many keys the keyboards would recognize at the same time. Prolly the only thing I care about.

I use Logitech Wireless Duo keyboard/mouse that has the MX700 mouse.
I also use Logitech Extreme 3D pro joystick, but do not buy it! it dies quickly, maybe with a month or two from buying it.

I have exactly the same setup, but my Extreme 3D Pro is still going after 3+ months.
