Okay, i now this is a stupid topic, but i was looking at blazin.uk stats, and under the weapons are it has UNKNOWN. 00:00:15, 0 kills, 1 death. What the hell is UNKNOWN?

It means someone pelted him with a smoke grenade while he had low health and it killed him.

Nah, the 'deaths' on weapons refer to how many times you've died while holding the weapon. It can't be that...
