New PSU for 6600gt

Hello,
I currently have a 300watt Bestec power supply. I am upgrading my computer to a 6600gt (for BF2) and its been recommended to upgrade my PSU. I
have a few questions:

1)Is this a pretty good PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16817153023
2)How hard is it to install a PSU?
3)Do all PSUs fit in every computer?

I'm not really sure if that will do it for the 6600GT since it has a +12V of 18. Do a newegg search for an Aspire 520 watt thats the one i have and it runs fine.

I am getting the 6600GT too, but I am getting this PSU

and from reading the reviews it works witht the 6600GT PCI-e
