why do people stand and wait for a chopper thats never going to come? why dont these guys help their team by taking the flag back which their pretty much on top of?????

cmon, you know the answer to this..
its because BF2 is hugely kiddies who just like to goof off in the aircraft..
They dont give a damn about winning, or capping flags, or helping their
teammates..
All they care about is 'owning' you from the air so they can their little
willies hard.
Thats why this game will never be decent to play.. The game
should be renamed Kiddies-R-Us -
