Yep.

It's always funny to see them crash because they can't see anything :)
If you throw it at exactly the right moment it works on planes too.

heres what u do, u shoot a few rounds at a black hawk, and throw flashbang, it blinds them, makes them crash into the hill or sumwhere, and u get the killl!

If you time it right and throw a flashback straight up into the air, you can get it to explode right in the air in front of the chopper for maximum effect

i hate the damn flashbag, i was chasing a guy and he ran around the corner, so i jumped out and layed flat and what should be an inch away from my face? the thing blinded me for at least 10 seconds

if you flashbang a transport helo full with passangers, and you pull out your pistol the last moment before it crashes on water/land for some odd reason it counts as if you killed them :)

Yes, it does work on tanks. It's funny as hell too when they start frantically driving into walls. I still haven't had the pleasure of having a good assault-specops combination, where the assault blinds the tank so the spec-ops can waltz up to the tank and leave him a present.

Definitely! Its worth noting though that most people just run far away when they get flashed so you very rarely get to take advantage of it. Of course while lone capping a flag its useful to toss them around to blind any spawns.
