Re: Post patch crappy performance fix

Someone needs to post a list of things that will increase performance but not really make a difference to gameplay. Like shadows and stuff that doesnt really matter how they look. I know there is a topic about it but i mean just basic stuff no shutting down processes and things that people dont want to change incase something messes up.

Re: Post patch crappy performance fix

People have tried to play the agme on ALL low settings and they would still get the stutter lag/slideshow effect. This is a problem with EA's patch and it's not on our end.

I can't say whether these settings worked for me since I just went ahead and changed them before running SF for the first time.........and I had no problems with FPS whatsoever!

It seemed to work for me for the first map, but now I'm back where I was before I did this.

Nvidia people could try these drivers out to see if they make any difference... Nvidia's releases just don't cut it on there own. Also remember to use driver cleaner before installing the new drivers...

Half the posts say it works, the other say nay.
Are you all using different vid cards?

Just use notepad to edit it. It's basically just a text file.
