    Question?

Im getting a new PC here in a few weeks and was wondering if any of you know how good the following system would run BF2?

Warrior case with 120mm case fan and side panel fan
    550 W Power Supply
    3D Rocket HeatSink $40.00
    AMD Athlon 64 3700+ 2.4Ghz Overclocked to 2.5GHz
1 GIG also OC'd wit the motherboard of PC3200 RAM
Guru ABIT KU8 Motherboard with 8-channel audio
Nvidia GeForce 6200 256MB AGP 8x Overclocked as high as it can go<(Is this at least decent to run BF2?)
    80GB HDD
Operating System Windows XP Professional X64 Edition tweaked settings to run games a little smoother and run programs faster than usual

5MB UP 5MB down Internet Connection

Also heres what my heatsinks going to be i might be able to OC the CPU a lil more with this 1 but i dunno. Worth a try.

    Re: Question?

I would go for a better GPU. Sacrifice the CPU down to a 3200+ and up the GPU to at least a 6600GT if money is the issue.

Also you wouldn't be wise to invest in a socket 754 system now, 939 is the way to go.

EDIT: I personally wouldn't go with a board either, with a ULi chipset, they are a relativly new and unproven chipset designer that isn't really known for overclocking ability.
