Spawning in the air on War Lords map

1. At the beginning of the map, when the Plaza point has not yet been captured, open your chute right away and steer your way over to the cp and capture it.
2. If the SAS have captured it, you may still steer your way over to it.
BUT
3. If the insurgents have it DO NOT steer your way over there, it is likely that you will be shot down before you land, instead don't open your chute until you're just about to hit the ground.

Another thing I like to do when parachuting is to get my trusty n00b t00b, the f2000 and shoot nades down at people as i am deescending.

You should have seen me...with the parashute button resetting after SF I didnt remember the default one...
If there was blood in the game - I would have been a red splat on some wall

I don't get it. There is a spawn point in the air? I have played that map and don't recall seeing that point. Where is it?

Drop C4 as you drop in and then detonate it when you land!

heheh, you should try being support and spamming grenades as you decend, sure you'll be the priority target and will probably die, but at least you'll give your team more time to land.

*Personally, I prefer Night Flight's parachute entrance, using night vision while paradropping is a blast, only problem is that you probably won't land in a highly contested area. :-(

when your playing as a insurgent spawn at the flag behind plaza get a truck there and drive near the plaza, i shot down 11 chutes before a sniper got me.

whoa, where does the parachuting for night flight come in? i've never seen parachuting on night flight other off buildings!
