weird issues

Hello all. I just finished installing SF and the patch. The first 6 times I tried playing, it optimized the shades. I was able to play every time. However, during play, it was choppy and laggy. As well, every 3x i try to load a map, it boots back to windows about 50% on load. So I decided to install new nvidia driver and defrag. Its still doing the same thing....
Any ideas on what Iam doing wrong Original BF2 ran perfect.

I had a problem. i intalled the patch first then intalled SF and i got all these crashes and stuff. Turns out u need to install SF and then install the patch, after i did that it all worked well for me. TRY it

mmm. I installed the game first and than the patch. I might just try a a fresh install of it.
