Rank-Up and unlocks

Ok, im sorry if this has already been covered, if it hav plz reply with the URL to the other post

1. How many unlocks do u get for each ranks up?
i got SF, and i am a Staff Sarge. unpon first time playing i got 2 free unlocks for no reason. even though in vanilla i have 4 unlocks. (now 6)

and can anyone explain to me just how this works, and how to get the F2000 in vanilla? Done, and thanks

for unlocking the FN2000 you have to have unlocked the G3 and have an unlock free.

u mean everytime i start up the game it should give me the option for selecting an new unlock?
