Progress to New Rank!

After installing the last patch, not the 1.12 but the 1.03 patch, my progress to next rank bar is always blank, even if im 50 points off next rank. Anyone experienced this before and how do I fix it?
I know it has no significance really, but still its annoying.

it happed to every one aftere 1.03 but with 1.12 it works now
