How good is the F2000? I have'nt d/led the game yet so I was just wondering after reading some posts about it.

Its so good its lke cheating. The scope is the best in the game and it has very little recoil. You can fire full auto at a pretty decent distance with good accuracy.
The grenade launcher reloads much faster than the AK & AR version in assault class too I think.
Add to that flashbangs and you can kick alot of anus.
Note on flashbangs. Yesterday some dillhole was attempting to spawn rape us and not allow our chopper into the air. (map was sharqi penn)
1 flashbang straight up into the air and he couldnt find his arse with both hands for at least 20 seconds, hit a tree, PWN!
After that, the Mi-28 is in the air and they got a taste of their own medicine for the rest of the map.

It's good, but hardly game-smashingly fantastic. It's not really more accurate than the other assault guns, it's biggest draw is the scope of awesomeness.Comment

And the G3 has far more knock down power. Just wish I didn't have to feed it so much.

that hasn't stopped Dice. The DAO isn't reliable in RL but you see every AT guy with it in BF2 :). Same thing with the Jackhammer I believe. And the J-10... and the ...Comment

I don't know where all this fuzz is coming about F2000. It doesn't feel that great, the scope is a neat thing, but it aint that accurate. Damage is decent, so is recoil.Comment

i love the f2000. maybe because its new or whatever, but i do pretty well with it.
my only complaint with it that it is an unlock and i can only use it with like 1 faction!! wtf is that? ****es me off so much.Comment

The first thing i noticed about it was the fancy scope... i thought it was supacool! :O Then i started to actually try and shoot ppl with it.
its not super. The is in my opinnion much worse than in M4 for example. The "clear area" where the crosshairs should intersect eachother is too big to make it useful for any kind of real sniping.
i think with G3 sights u get a better idea of where you are actually aiming at longer ranges. The good thing about F2000 scope is that when used at medium range, it doesn't block your view as much as any ironsights, so it's easier to track a moving taget thru it.
I think i remember the damage of F2000 was 34 compared to the 40 of G3 and 32 of m16.Comment
