I can understand changing team after a game, but 3 times during a game really ticks me off. I notice this a lot in many servers. How can I, or my friends stay in a squad if this is continuous. I sure like to stay on a team even after a game, and even if it is on a losing side.

It's a server-side config.
I believe that when the servers were patched with 1.12 it reset everything to default so the server admins need to put back their personal settings. So after a game you get switched to the other side. You should all get switched though and not just a few of you.
