Team Swaping All Player On Server After Match

Has any found this, I play on the internode servers in Australia and since the new patch, I find that every one gets team swapped at the end of the round?

there is an option to swap teams at end of round.

We do this on our server too, I think its great. 2 rounds of the same map, side swap after the first round. Makes it fair on both sides as some maps do have one side heavy dominant
