I think that they speak actual Russian. Can recognize some words from the sound samples like "spasiba" "da" and few others. I don't speak that language but i know many russian guys.

I'm russian and yes they speak Russian. I don't have the game yet, but I watched a 16min video with spetznaz and rebels and they all speak russian
