Hey can anyone help me fix this thing?? i just bought a nwe graphic card and memory card but.. when ever i run bf2 (still running 1.03) all the terrain is all weird whatever setting i set it on !! plz help.. here are some screenies

ok try running it on all low if that works put the settings up graduatly.
Or make sre the drivers are correct and uptodate.

Use google and search for driver cleaner, its free, you probably have some left over old video drivers. After running also delete the entire BF2 folder in my documents, empty recycling bin and then reboot, then reinstall new / latest video driver. Run the game and it will regenerate the entire NEW BF2 folder in my documents.Comment

it seems to be an ATi card problem. it happened twice on my 9800 Pro 128MB. could be the video card driver, or the memory. i dont think it has anything to do with ur CPU.Comment

Yea, make sure your drivers are all up-to-date, make sure that windows also has all the latest updates. Was it the 9550 pro, 256Mb or 128Mb card? Also, your new card is not OC'ed is it? Make sure its not overheating, as that can cause these ab-normalities. It would not have anything to do with your CPU, or at least it would be the last thing on earth if it did
