horrible. Only 2 are worth playing, just like the original BF2..

Sure the new vehicles looked cool, but on crappy maps, who gives a damn.

EA released an unfinished product, BF2... then they used our money to
rush out the new expansion pack before even fixing the unfinished issues
of BF2... even after all this time, there are still MAJOR flaws in the game..

voting, for one.. its useless.. this would be a major help to rid you of
those tkers, or change maps, or lousy commanders..

the horrible server browser that hangs, locks up, and returns inaccurate
data... Tell me what good is a server update/refresh when all the servers
report 200-800 ping times, and you need to individually highlight each
one to get accurate data? jeez.. my grandma could have written a better
server browser, and shes been dead for 12 years..

and can someone explain to me why it takes 30-40 seconds to login
to the account server? JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZ... are EAs
account servers run on commdore 64s with cassette drives or what??

EA is lousy, just plain ole lousy..

On the other side, if you are a membor of a clan, and one of your clanmates buy SF, and you give your bf2 account details to him, after playing one round, you will have all SF stuff. Without having to spend any money.

I think we've already discust this. Head down to your local netcafe. Run SP, unlocks your weapons, delete your account off the computer done. Sure theres a couple of maps, vehicles and new sides but hell, after the things bf2 has put me through, no, Im not going to pay for it. Do you give a **** ? Nope. Some who like Bf2 will buy.

Lets face it, apart from the noob tubing, noobs themselves, spawn killers, c4 whores, tank whores, people who grab a jeep and run off without you even though your near them, people who place mines under the new tank that spawned so you cant get it, plane whores and generally smacktards and Ea themselves, Bf2 can be fun at times.

Im sure this is the same case for special forces. Some will buy, some wont. Everyone has their reasons. In the end, EA is still the bastard.

            Blah blah blah freeking blah.

If you don't want it, don't post about it, deal with the fact you are too cheap to buy the game, and don't bleat about people who are'nt cheap and are supporting Dice\EA, getting rewarded for their support.

Pretty much. It gets older coming to the forums and seeing people whine and cry than it does having team mates with red name tags. Every other post is a "why I am not buying the Xpac" post....who gives a ****, good for you.

If you hate the game and EA so much, quit playing and move on to another forum, you'll only improve the community by doing so.

Too cheap to buy the game he says? I have enough trouble getting vanilla BF2 to run without crashing or stuttering. And that's on medium settings. I'm not going to buy an expansion until I either upgrade my system, or EA somehow makes this video engine more efficient in the next update. Not to mention the server browser errors still haven't been worked out.

I can play CS:S, DoD:S, HL2, etc... on 6xAA, 16xAF, and all high settings consistently above 50fps with no stuttering. BF2 makes my computer want to melt down with the load it puts on my memory.

But more power to those who are running BF2 flawlessly.

The guns in vanilla BF2 are just dandy.

It doesn't give people the advantage if they buy the x-pac. Just kill them first and steal their guns.

I do that all the time. I swap kits that are just laying around on the ground and if I find a new gun "Yay!" if not I pick up the last kit I was using and keep shooting.

It doesn't hurt my feelings that other people ponied up.

                      Remember, it's just a game.
