"The server refuses to connect"

before i installed the 1.12 patch the game worked pefectly. then i patched and when i want to connect to the account server it refuses
i reinstalled and then i patched with the 1.3 patch and still refuses.
the i reinstalled again and this time i didn't patched but it still refuses.
it refuses also if i wanna to create a new profile. anyone got any ideas?
oh and on the ea forums i can't register the page for the registration doesnt show up.

if i look back i think i got a hell lot of problems huh:laugh: ( :cry: )

If you can't connect to the account server after installing a patch it is often due to firewall problems as the BF2.exe has been changed.
