No remote connection on new BF2 server...

hi
i installed latest BF2 dedicated server and i cant connect to it....
and so does everybodey else, i have no idea why is that.

i can see it in local game but no one can connect to it from the outside
its internet enabled and all port are open:
BF2 Server
- TCP 16567

- TCP 29900

- UDP 29990

- UDP 27900

- TCP 27900

- TCP 4711

- UDP 27901

- UDP 1500-4999

- UDP 55123-55125

can someone help me on this?
or find a way to debug it?

my stupid router couldnt made a diffence between TCP and UDP....
so i just set 29900 to udp only...
