what the hell are you talking about , do you mean that your fps goes from 15 to 65 or something ?
if so, yes there is a fix for this, take 2000$ , go to computer store, buy uber PCComment

errr nooo.. it happens sometimes it locks at 15fps and wont go higher, even on high end systems..
about 65?... i wouldnt complain if my fps just locked at 65Comment

It was common after the 1.02 patch, but I haven't heard of anyone having it after the latest patch

I noticed that I have it today...after playing for say an hour or two it creeps up and kills you =\. A reboot usually fixes it, but I don't want to have to do that every single time I play because of this stupid bug...
