Can the SCAR-H be unlocked in vanilla BF2?

I had a chance to play SF for a few hours in single player (still haven't bought it, still never will, so save your verbal poopoo).

It's all very "eh", but the SCAR-H is pretty remarkable.

Thusly, I'm curious: can the SCAR-H be unlocked in vanilla BF2?

It does not appear in my list of possible unlocks. So I would say no. Yes it is very remarkable. But it is much like the G3 but with a red dot scope.

As well as having 30 rounds instead of 20. I dont think that is correct in the real version though.

G36K also isnt unlockable either.

As for the comparison to the G3, it's a lot better. The red dot scope makes aiming much easier, and it has 10 more rounds in the clip. I also believe, having played with the G3 extensively, that the -H is more accurate in single shot mode.

No, you are thinking of the SCAR-L

The SCAR-L is the 2ndary unlock for Spec Ops

The SCAR-H is an assault kit weapon in SF, but the Assault 2ndary unlock is the F2000.

The only Vanilla SCAR is the SCAR-L 2ndary unlock for Spec Ops.

The SCAR-H is an assault kit weapon in SF, but the Assault 2ndary unlock is the F2000.

The only Vanilla SCAR is the SCAR-L 2ndary unlock for Spec Ops.

My mistake. Your right, haven't really played it a whole lot so I guess I'm not too familiar with the weapons yet.

Can someone here totally explain the ins and outs of unlocking to me? All this talk about secondary unlocks is confusing me. I currently have 5 guns unlocked on BF2 so what will happen when I buy SF? (I have unlocks for all classes except AT and Engi)

Yes there are 30 more rounds, very helpfull. G3 runs out sooooo fast.

But I think the accuracy is still similar. Red dot scope is what helps.

Out of the scope it is very similar. But if I had to choose it would always be the SCAR-H . Very nice. Wish it was unlockable.
