I have like 40,000 points

Re: unlock question
The amount of unlocks you have in vanilla bf2 is the amount of unlocks you get ADDITIONALLY in SF. So since I had 4 originally I got 4 extra...Comment

Not quite, I had 4 unlocks (sniper, Spec Op, Medic and Assault) but only got an additional 3 when I logged in again after playing SF for a bit...Originally posted by AlcorrThe amount of unlocks you have in vanilla bf2 is the amount of unlocks you get ADDITIONALLY in SF. I think it is linked to your rank, but I am not sure..Comment

Re: unlock question
I had 4 vanilla unlocks and SF only gave me 2!I'm a Staff Sergeant with about 6600 points. Also, the patch readme says F2000 is an unlock, but I don't see it as an option to unlock in my game. I actually see it as the default assault weapon for British SAS. Assault unlocks are G3 and Flash Bang.
Does anyone understand this? With vanilla, you had 7 unlocks, and you could eventually unlock all the weapons. Is there new criteria to unlock weapons that we haven't heard? And once you choose a SF unlock, you can't use the vanilla unlock anymore, at least that's what I'm seeing (none of my kits have 3 primary weapons to choose from).Comment

Re: unlock question
the reason you only got 3 is because there is no 2ndary unlock for anti-tank.Originally posted by Bob_the_InsaneNot quite, I had 4 unlocks (sniper, Spec Op, Medic and Assault) but only got an additional 3 when I logged in again after playing SF for a bit...

Re: unlock question
Thats because 2 of your vanilla unlocks were the DAO and the M95. In SF there arent any 2ndary unlocks for Anti-Tank and Sniper, so you only get 2 to unlock your other class's secondaries (or primareis) but not 2 for Anti-tank and sniper.Originally posted by ReddShadoeI had 4 vanilla unlocks and SF only gave me 2!I'm a Staff Sergeant with about 6600 points. Re: unlock question
That doesn't make sense though, because I never unlocked my Anti-Tank weapon in the first place. I unlocked Medic, Assault, SPec Ops, and Sniper (4 in all). So shouldn't I have 3 unlocks available to me with SF (Medic, Assault and Spec Ops)? It says you have to unlock them in BF2 to unlock them in BF2SF, and I did.
Sounds like SF arbitrarily just gives you whatever you had minus 2, regardless of how many of the new SF unlocks correspond to kits you already unlocked in BF2 Vanilla.Comment
