    Want to return a game to walmart but need advice..

    I wanted to return Star Wars: Jedi Academy for PC because it has crashed on me a few times over and I know what your all thinking. Know your specs before you buy. Well I do.

    I want take it back but remember no refunds on software and such so I just sent an email to walmart and asked them. I remember the game force commander and it failed on me so many times and they said no refund so I went to the dover one and they said sure. Just don't know if it will work this time.


    And hey does not agreeing with the terms of service allow you to take back a game? I read yes but stores choose not to agree due to people taking advantage.

      AFIK any major chain of retail stores will only exchange the item for the same title.

          I got a refund before but it took me taking back a pc game 4 times lol.

              Hmmmm.

              While not the most "legal" way of doing it....
              If you can re-shrink wrap the game, or replace the tape in a way that it doesnt look opened... they will accept it for a refund.

              While I college I worked at a movie rental place and would get games... play them, then shrinkwrap them and return as if I got as a gift (With no receipt)

                  Go to Wal Mart pull out a gun and tell them that ur gonna kill every mofo if u dont get ur money back

                      haha oh man i loved that game! That was my game to play a couple years ago. You say it aint working? How so? A couple years ago i was in the only clan ive ever been in, clannsa.com and that was thee game.

                          Good news! I wrote an email to Walmart and they called last night and said to bring the game in for a full refund. HA IN YOUR FACES!!!
