Performance Problems with SF....

My FPS drops big time when im in a heavy battle my fps drops too 15 or 20. It never happened when I played BF2 vanilla anyone esle have this problem?

specs 1gig ram 9600xt 5.11drivers P4 3.0ghz

I've got same problem, only it runs kinda with low fps, in BF2 I have 60 + fps and in SF 25-35 fps, I don't get it. Any input?

I also used to get 60 fps and now i'm getting 25-40 fps.

it's the 81.95 NVIDIA drivers, I rolled them back and check out that screen shot...

this screen shot is with the 81.94 drivers

much better...

it's the 81.95 drivers I had the same problem, if you have them installed get rid of them

with the 81.95 drivers I was dropping to 15 fps with a 6800 ultra...

are you guys getting good FPS without a lot off activity or bad FPS all around? For me it only happens win heavy activity.

Pretty much all around, sometimes gets better but usually more on the bad side, looks like only half of BF2 fps left :), anyways I use 81.94, will patch to 1.12 and try 81.95 even if Indian says they not good.

Same with me, except I'm getting terrible FPS only in Multiplayer games. When I play in Single Pplayer my FPS is fine, like it used to be in BF2. Now I can't even play BF2 Multiplayer without getting terrible FPS.

My computer specs:

AMD Athlon 64 FX-53 2.45GHz
3.00GB of Corsair XMS DDR400
ATi Radeon X800XT 256mb Platinum Edition

My FPS in the Multiplayer games won't go past 15? Very bad in multiplayer, my fps in single-player is normal, like 80-100fps.

are you sure its the 81.95 drivers because i want to install them and see if there is a performance gain in CoD2?

100% positive it was the 81.95 drivers, cause it's the only thing I changed and the performance came back :)

Ahh, no it doesn't. Look at my specs, BF2 does run great, SF on the night maps with night vision runs like crap (looks crappy too, but not my card).

Looks like another patch...again..
