Im installing SF and it's asking for Disc 1. Im thinking ok throw in the BF2 disc. No. doesnt work. I downloaded SF over the EA downloader and it's asking for a disc while installing. I put in the BF2 discs and they dont work. which discs did u guys put in?

I had the same problem, Norton Anti-Virus removed a file and called it Adware.GameSpyArcade (how it was listed in quarantine. That is the file it was looking for in my case when it said to load disk one, i restored the file and was good to go......Comment

Glad to help. I only picked up on it because I just got done formating 2 new sata drives in raid0, and was reinstalling everything and norton picked it up when I installed regular BF2. I just left it there because BF2 ran fine without it...but I guess BF2:SF knew a file from original install was missing... :)Comment

I think it means to insert disk 1 of the Battlefield 2 original game, not special forces. I had no problem with any kind of gamespy spyware... just don't install gayspy.Comment
