I called my local CompUSA today and they said BF2:Special Forces isn't shipping until November 23rd? WTF!? It already HAS SHIPPED. They said it probably won't be in until Friday for god's sake. Who went back in time and rewrote the shipping date!?

At least you will get it in a few days. Friday is the release date for us. And even then I bought it with some other stuff from amazon. And if socom 3 isnt out here yet I WILL NOT get the game till all the items are in stock. Its ********. I may just get it off the EA downloader even though ive already bought it. -

I learned a long time ago to never preorder -- not only do you get it sometimes up to a week after it's released, in some cases, it's more expensive.
Just do what I did yesterday, stroll into Best buy and buy it. Very simple and I was able to pick up a Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer DVD at the same time.Comment

I've heard many many people complain about their preordered games coming to them later than the game comes to stores and they could just have bought it normaly. I'm sure most of you have heard of that too.
Why preorder then? I just don't get it. If you don't order you get the game as soon or faster than those who ordered...Comment
