If you get an error number like xxxx:5 or something when you try installing the game simply close out the entire EA downloader program. Look on your system tray (next to the clock) and close that icon down as well. Then start up the downloader from your start menu and choose the game from the list, then install. A problem that happened to me, not sure if it's common or not but hopefully it helps at least 1 person.

If you right-click and click "Exit" to close the "EA" icon in the system tray (lower-right of the screen, usually) then open the EA downloader from the start menu, the 32791:5 error is ridden.Comment
